Feedback & Suggestions

We welcome all types of feedback, including but not limited to:

  • Bug reports or inaccurate calculation results
  • Requests for new calculator types or features
  • Usability improvement suggestions for existing calculators
  • Website access or compatibility issues
  • Partnership or business inquiries

To help us resolve issues faster, please include the following in your email:

  • Your browser type and version (e.g., Chrome 120, Safari 17)
  • Your device (phone/tablet/desktop) and operating system
  • The specific calculator name where the issue occurred
  • The input values you used and the expected result (if applicable)
  • Step-by-step description of the issue
  • Screenshots (if available)

Response Time

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. For complex technical issues that require further investigation, it may take a bit longer, but we'll keep you updated on progress.

Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Emails received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
